Convenient PSA Disc Rolls Minimize Downtime

The 3M Trizact PSA Film Disc Roll 568XA offers multiple adhesive-backed discs on a single roll of liner. This design allows for easy peeling of one disc at a time, making it efficient to store and cost-effective. The pressure-sensitive adhesive coating on the backs of the discs simplifies usage - simply press the disc onto the backup pad and you're ready to go. The discs also remove cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc.

Cerium oxide is an oxide of the rare earth metal, cerium. In its raw form, the average grain size of the particle is measured in nanometers, making it one of the most effective abrasives for final polishing steps on solid surfaces. It is heat resistant and serves as an excellent polishing agent for various materials such as glass mirrors, plate glass, crystal, ophthalmic lenses, precision optics, and precious and semiprecious stones.

This polishing action effectively removes scratches left by previous leveling steps, leaving the glass surface crystal clear.

For acrylic-filled solid surfaces, use 568XA damp as a final step to achieve a high-gloss finish.

With 568XA, you can remove silica coatings (anti-glare and static) and fluoric acid spots in a single step, making it a versatile and efficient solution for surface repair and finishing.
