3M Stikit Paper Roll 426U is an abrasive sheet stock constructed on an A-weight, light paper with pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing and features an anti-loading coating. Silicon carbide abrasive and lightweight paper backing make this an ideal product for finishing applications such as paint prep, white wood sanding, sealer sanding, and solid surface finishing.

How long does each refill roll usually last?

The durability of our resulting end products varies by application, but in general these rolls should provide plenty enough material to tackle most common industrial tasks. Additionally, because they come ten per inner pack and fifty per case there are always plenty more available for replacements once you're done with each individual role.

The 3M™ Stikit™ Paper Roll 426U

The 3M™ Stikit™ Paper Roll 426U features an open coat abrasive that is fast cutting, load resistant, and creates a smoother finish than aluminum oxide or garnet abrasives. This product is sized to accommodate various sanding blocks, minimizing waste and providing bulk stock for high production environments.

The Stikit™ PSA backing enhances handling for sanding and finishing, holding the product securely during use and providing quick and easy change out when the product is worn out. This product is ideal for general sanding, finishing, blending, surface leveling and prep prior to staining or painting, clear coat dulling, and bare wood sanding.

Silicon Carbide Abrasive

Silicon carbide is a synthetic mineral that is very sharp and commonly used for final finishing in white wood sanding. Although it breaks down faster than aluminum oxide, it produces a superior finish.
