How long does each flap disc last?
Each of our flap discs has a long life compared to regular sanding discs. However, how long they last depends on the material being worked with, pressure used during operation among other factors like grinding angle, grit type etc.

Yes! The Quick Change system included comes integrated straight into it making the setup and usage very convenient. Plus, at only an easily manageable size of 4-1/2 inches by 5/8 inches -11; it can work efficiently on most grinders or sanders without needing bulkier attachments in between.

A grinding aid reduces grinding temperatures for processes involving heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium.
Flap discs are used on a right angle grinder. Giant size flap discs have the same diameter as standard flap discs but wider flaps. The wider flaps create extra-thick layers and are packed with 25% more abrasive material than on standard flap discs, for more aggressive cut and longer life.
