3M Hi-Strength 94 ET Adhesive Bulk creates an aggressive postformable bond for attaching decorative laminate, metal and some rubber substrates. This high strength adhesive is typically used in woodworking and specialty vehicle applications, especially where VOCs are a concern. The adhesive can be sprayed, rolled or brushed onto surfaces to reduce overspray and adhesive waste.

    3M™ Hi-Strength 94 ET Adhesive, Clear is a high-performance industrial adhesive that bonds quickly and forms permanent bonding strength.

    This adhesive has excellent bond strength, immediate handling and fast cure time which saves production time. It also provides a strong initial tack even on hard-to-bond surfaces like powder coatings and plastics.

  3. Can I apply this adhesive by myself or do I need professional help?

    Yes! You can easily apply it using the spray application method. The non-misting formula of the adhesive makes clean-up in your workspace easier after use as well.

  4. How long does it take for the glue to dry once applied?

    Once applied, this clear industrial glue will quickly reach handling strength within minutes depending on environmental temperatures and substrate porosity. It reaches full potential within twenty-four hours of application.

  5. Is there anything else unique about this product?

    The peel strength remains consistent across all temperature ranges since its specially formulated formula allows greater bonding performance at lower temperatures making work feasible under most circumstances.

3M™ Hi-Strength 94 ET Spray Adhesive holds strong in critical applications and is often used in marine and specialty vehicle applications to install carpet, rubber or synthetic flooring. The formula's more aggressive tack offers a fast grab with sufficient open time to position and adjust materials before bonding, reducing rework and increasing flexibility. With a solids weight percentage of 20 - 25 and a non-telegraphing spray pattern, this adhesive provides higher coverage with less waste than competing spray adhesives and helps create a uniform hold. As with all contact based adhesives, sufficient and uniform pressure should be applied to ensure a strong bond. This adhesive is CARB* and SCAQMD compliant, GREENGUARD® certified and helps contribute to LEED® credits.
