3M Hi-Strength 94 ET Cylinder Spray Adhesive creates an aggressive postformable bond for attaching decorative laminate, metal and some rubber substrates. This high strength adhesive is typically used in woodworking and specialty vehicle applications, especially where VOCs are a concern. The adhesive can be sprayed, rolled or brushed onto surfaces to reduce overspray and adhesive waste.

  1. What is the 3M™ Hi-Strength 94 ET Cylinder Spray Adhesive used for?

    The 3M™ Hi-Strength 94 ET Cylinder Spray Adhesive is a high-performance aerosol adhesive that provides excellent strength and bonding of lightweight materials such as insulation, foam, fabrics, and plastics.

  2. How do I use the spray adhesive?

    Shake the cylinder thoroughly before attaching it to the spray gun. Then hold the canister in an upright position and apply a uniform layer of glue from around eight inches away from your surface vertically or horizontally with overlapping coats if necessary.

  3. Is this product safe to use?

    Yes! This adhesive has been tested by experts, meeting safety standards for consumers while being friendly to environmental conditions.

  4. Can this be harmful to my skin or health after long periods of usage?

    . Although users are not advised to inhale directly (the chemical itself would be irritating), generally speaking there isn't any harm using this product for prolonged periods so long as adequate ventilation is ensured throughout its application process..

3M™ Hi-Strength 94 ET Spray Adhesive holds strong in critical applications and is often used in marine and specialty vehicle applications to install carpet, rubber or synthetic flooring. The formula's more aggressive tack offers a fast grab with sufficient open time to position and adjust materials before bonding, reducing rework and increasing flexibility. With a solids weight percentage of 20 - 25 and a non-telegraphing spray pattern, this adhesive provides higher coverage with less waste than competing spray adhesives and helps create a uniform hold. As with all contact based adhesives, sufficient and uniform pressure should be applied to ensure a strong bond. This adhesive is CARB* and SCAQMD compliant, GREENGUARD® certified and helps contribute to LEED® credits.
