How to Apply Your Adhesive

Applying 3M™ Neoprene Contact Adhesive 5 is a straightforward process, whether you choose to spray, brush, or roll it on. Begin by carefully applying the adhesive to your surface until you have formed a uniform coat. For most surfaces, one coat should be sufficient, applied in an overlapping pattern. However, some substrates, such as porous materials, may require an additional coat. To apply an additional coat, simply wait until the existing adhesive becomes dry to the touch, and then proceed with the application of the additional coat.
