3M Venture Tape Double Coated PE Foam Glazing Tape VG708 is 1/8" thick closed cell, crosslinked polyethylene foam tape coated with rubber based adhesive on one side and acrylic based adhesive on the other (liner side) with a 4 mil blue poly easy release liner.

    The 3M™ Venture Tape™ Double Sided Polyethylene Foam Glazing Tape VG708 is designed to bond and seal glass in windows, doors or skylights.

  2. Is this tape easy to use?

    Yes, the tape is very easy to use and apply with no special tools required. You can simply cut it to size using scissors or a blade then peel off the liner from one side of the tape and attach it firmly to your surface before removing the liner from the other side.

  3. How long does one roll last?

    Each case contains 1 roll of tape that measures 59½ inches by 85 feet so it would depend on how much you need per application; however, it's safe to say that each roll should last for a good while since our tapes are known for their durability.

Effective Bonding for Door and Window Glazing

3M™ Venture Tape™ Double Sided PE Foam Glazing Tape is a high-performance tape that is perfect for bonding door and window glazing. The tape is made up of a differentiated polyethylene foam that is coated with an aggressive acrylic rubber-based adhesive on the exposed side and acrylic adhesive on the liner side. It is fully compliant with AAMA specification 810.1 for certified expanded cellular glazing tapes. The tape has excellent adhesion to PVC and other low surface energy sash and frame materials and glass. The conformable foam core and high tack adhesive system make it easy to apply. This high-performance foam glazing tape offers a great solution for many demanding applications.
