3M™ Stikit™ disc rolls are a convenient solution for multiple adhesive-backed abrasive discs rolled onto a core. This design allows for easy tearing of one disc at a time, saving time and increasing efficiency. Additionally, there is no need for liners, which reduces material costs. These ready-to-use Stikit™ discs feature a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating on the backs, making it easy to press the disc onto the backup pad. They also remove cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc. For optimal results, we recommend using Stikit™ discs with 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Pads. We also suggest using the 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Roll Dispenser 05450.

The 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 236U is an excellent choice for a sharp cut. Its open coat construction and aluminum oxide mineral abrasive make it more aggressive than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade. The durable C-weight paper backing makes the disc ideal for more aggressive jobs, such as paint stripping around damaged areas and shaping filler. The Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 236U is available in a range of sizes and works with all collision repair substrates, including bare metal, e-coat, clear coat, fiberglass, paint, primer, and plastic.
