3M™ Hook Fastener SJ3530 is a rubber-based hook fastener that outperforms other closures like zippers, screws, snaps, and hooks. It comes with a 3 mil (0.08mm) polyethylene film liner and is covered with flexible J-shaped hooks that protrude up from a woven backing. The hooks are about 300 per square inch (46 hooks/square cm.) and are preshrunk to ensure stability and flatness. This hook fastener can be paired with 3M™ Loop Fastener SJ3531 or other 3M™ Loop Fasteners.

The backing of 3M™ Hook Fastener SJ3530 is coated with a high tack rubber-based pressure sensitive adhesive that bonds quickly to your substrate when pressure is applied. It has quick stick, short dwell time, and very good shear strength. This adhesive is designed for indoor applications and can be applied to many substrates, including plastics like polyethylene and polypropylene.
