Yes! This 8 inch x 2 inch x 3 inch wheel has a center hole that fits most standard bench grinders.
Does the package come with any accessories or attachments that help me install or use it properly?

Each case includes two wheels -- you can easily replace worn out wheels by removing them from your bench grinder's arbor mount and installing replacements.
Is this particular size good for anything else besides metalworking/deburring applications?

The fine grade version of this wheel works well cleaning up plastics before painting operations, too. Note that we also offer medium (6S) and coarse (8S) grades if those are better suited to your application needs.

The Scotch-Brite™ EXL-XP Deburring Wheel is filled with fine (FIN) silicon carbide mineral. Silicon carbide is a synthetic mineral that is very sharp and commonly used for low-pressure applications such as paint prep. Although it breaks down faster than aluminum oxide, it produces a superior finish.
