These ready-to-use Stikit™ discs feature a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating on the backs, making it easy to press the disc onto the backup pad. They also remove cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc. For best results, 3M recommends using Stikit™ discs with 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Pads.

The 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 216U features an open coat construction and aluminum oxide mineral abrasive, providing a sharp cut that is more aggressive than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade. The disc is ideal for featheredging and primer sanding, with a range of medium-coarse to fine grits available. The Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 216U is suitable for use with all collision repair substrates, including clear coat, fiberglass, paint, primer, and plastic. The disc's light A-weight paper backing further enhances its performance.

The open coat construction of the 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 216U ensures that the abrasive grains are spaced apart, allowing for the evacuation of sanding dust and other debris.
