3M Trizact Cloth Belt 363FC utilizes an aluminum oxide mineral bonded to a YF-weight polyester cloth backing. 363FC belts are consistent go-to first products for a wide range of applications from heavy deburring and defect removal to intermediate finishing. These belts are available in grades from A300 to A35.

This innovative belt offers not only consistent, predictable stock removal, but also ensures consistent part-size tolerance for our customers. It is designed for wet grinding, finishing, and polishing of various materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel alloys, zirconium, and titanium parts in centerless and flat finishing applications.

Waterproof and Heat Resistant

Our Trizact™ Cloth Belt 363FC features a resin bond that helps resist thermal and chemical deterioration, which can occur during sanding. This tough bond is excellent for precision work on both hard and soft surfaces, allowing for faster sanding and a higher cut rate. The belt's waterproof polyester backing material enables users to rinse areas of the workpiece and the belt during use, preventing dust and debris from clogging the abrasive points. This not only ensures a faster cut but also prolongs the life of the belt.
