3M Adhesive Transfer Tape 9775WL+ is designed for bonding plastics, foams, wood and textiles. The adhesive flows into crevices and voids without the addition of heat. This transfer tape features 3M Adhesive 300MP+, a high tack acrylic that delivers good initial bond and full adhesion within 48 - 72 hours.

Our 3M™ Adhesive Transfer Tape 9775WL+ is a high-quality adhesive tape that is perfect for bonding various materials such as foams, plastics, and fabrics. It features a durable adhesive layer that is 5 mils (.13 mm) thick, which is mounted on a 7 mils (.19 mm), 96 lb. white polycoated kraft paper liner. This adhesive is specifically designed to provide excellent bonding performance on foams, fabrics, wood, and most plastic substrates. Additionally, it offers good resistance to humidity, water, solvents, and chemicals.

Easily Flows into Crevices and Voids without Adding Heat

The 3M™ Adhesive 300MP+ is a versatile adhesive that creates a consistently strong bond across a wide range of products, even at temperatures up to 250ºF (121ºC). Its unique formulation allows it to easily flow into crevices and voids, making it ideal for bonding rough and textured substrates such as foam, wood, textiles, and more. Unlike some adhesives, this adhesive does not require the addition of heat to achieve a strong bond. The heavy polycoated kraft paper liner adds to its versatility, making it suitable for die cutting and converting processes.

Understanding Adhesive Transfer Tapes

3M adhesive transfer tapes are pressure-sensitive adhesives that are coated on a release liner, without a scrim or carrier. These tapes are highly conformable, making them ideal for applications with textured or irregular surfaces. To apply the tape, simply position it adhesive side down onto the desired surface and remove the liner, exposing the adhesive for bonding.
