  • These tips help replicate the factory appearance of many robotically-applied, spray-on OEM seam sealer beads using 1K and 2K 3M seam sealer products.
  • Works on areas including body seams, floor pans, wheel arches, engine compartments as well as trunk and cargo areas.
  • These tips attach directly to seam sealer packaging, pneumatic applicators, or compatible 3M square-barreled nozzles.
  • Allows technicians to control bead shape and texture by adjusting the air pressure to the applicator and the material flow rate.
  • The tips are capable of spraying a variety of products with varying chemistries and viscosities.
