3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive DP420NS is designed to maintain bond strength even in extreme temperature conditions. It can withstand paint bake operations up to 400F for 60 minutes. This adhesive is suitable for a wide range of substrates, including metals, ceramics, wood, glass, composites, and plastics. It is an excellent choice for indoor bonding applications such as joining, gluing, potting, panel bonding, and structural bonding. Additionally, 3M Scotch-Weld Epoxy Adhesive DP420NS meets the requirements for UL 94 HB.

It reaches handling strength in approximately two hours and is fully cured in 24 hours at 72F/22C. The mix ratio is 2:1. This adhesive is available in various package sizes and can be dispensed in multiple ways to meet user and job requirements.

What are Epoxy Adhesives?
