3M Adhesive Transfer Tape 9774WL+ is designed for bonding plastics, foams, wood and textiles. The adhesive flows into crevices and voids without the addition of heat. This transfer tape features 3M Adhesive 300MP+, a high tack acrylic that delivers good initial bond and full adhesion within 48 72 hours.

It features a durable adhesive layer that is 4 mils (.10 mm) thick, which is mounted on a 7 mils (.19 mm), 96 lb. white polycoated kraft paper liner. This adhesive transfer tape is designed to provide excellent bonding performance even in challenging environments, as it offers good humidity, water, solvent, and chemical resistance.

Our 3M™ Adhesive 300MP+ is a versatile adhesive that creates a consistently strong bond across a wide range of products, even at temperatures up to 250ºF (121ºC). This adhesive has excellent flow properties, allowing it to easily bond to rough and textured substrates, including foam, wood, textiles, and more, without the need for additional heat. The heavy polycoated kraft paper liner adds to its versatility, making it ideal for die cutting and converting processes.

Understanding Adhesive Transfer Tapes

3M adhesive transfer tapes are pressure-sensitive adhesives that are coated on a release liner, without a scrim or carrier. These tapes are highly conformable, making them suitable for applications with textured or irregular surfaces. To apply the tape, simply position it adhesive side down onto the desired surface and remove the liner, exposing the adhesive for bonding.
