The 3M PPS 2.0 Spray Cup System UV Kit is the perfect solution for professionals working with UV-sensitive paint materials. This kit allows you to take advantage of the innovative PPS 2.0 system, which offers a comprehensive solution for measuring, mixing, filtering, and spraying paint materials across various industries such as automotive, industrial, home, furniture, and cabinetry.

The UV kit features all-black paint cups, lids, liners, and sealing plugs, specifically designed to protect your UV-light-curing materials until application. With the PPS 2.0 system, you can enjoy several improvements, including a quarter-turn locking collar with each lid, a new paint cup in each kit, a domed lid design for enhanced spray performance, a wider lid fluid spout, and a redesigned adapter for a more stable lid-to-gun connection.

Each lid in the kit strains paint material with a built-in 125-micron filter, which is commonly used for waterborne paint materials. Unlike conventional aluminum or other metal paint cup systems, the PPS 2.0 system eliminates the need to mix paint in extra cups and filter it into a paint reservoir, resulting in less paint wastage. Additionally, with a fresh lid and liner for each mix, there is less risk of outside contamination.

The PPS 2.0 system is compatible with virtually any spray gun, thanks to the specially designed PPS stainless steel metal adapters included in the kit. This versatile system can be used to apply UV-sensitive paints, primers, sealers, basecoats, and clearcoats.
