3M PPS Series 2.0 Cups are hard, reusable plastic cups designed for use with the PPS Series 2.0 Spray Cup System. Mixing ratios are built into each cup, eliminating the need for separate inserts. Cups are designed to work with PPS Series 2.0 Lids, featuring a quarter-turn locking system without the need for separate collars. A new hard cup is included in each PPS Series 2.0 Lid & Liner Kit.

3M PPS 2.0 Spray Gun Cups

3M PPS 2.0 Spray Gun Cups are an essential component of our all-in-one solution for measuring, mixing, filtering, and spraying paint materials. These reusable hard plastic paint cups have been updated to provide greater convenience and ease of use.

The cups feature universal mixing ratios that are printed directly on them, ensuring accurate mixing. Additionally, a clear access window allows for easy monitoring of fluid levels and quick removal of the lid and liner.

The PPS 2.0 Spray Cup System includes several improvements. The lids now have a quarter-turn locking collar, ensuring a secure fit. The domed lid design enhances spray performance, while the wider lid fluid spout allows for smoother pouring. The adapter has also been redesigned for a more stable lid-to-gun connection.

Compared to conventional aluminum or other metal paint cup systems, the PPS 2.0 system eliminates the need for mixing paint in extra cups and filtering it into a paint reservoir. This results in less paint wastage. Additionally, with a fresh lid and liner for each mix, the risk of outside contamination is minimized.

The PPS 2.0 system is compatible with virtually any spray gun, thanks to specially designed PPS stainless steel metal adapters. This versatility allows for the application of various paint materials, including paints, stains, varnishes, basecoats, undercoats, primers, sealers, clearcoats, gelcoats, and sprayable adhesives.
