3M Cubitron II Stikit Cloth Disc 900DZ features ceramic 3M Precision-Shaped Grain, a revolutionary advancement in abrasive technology. The triangular shaped ceramic mineral is designed to slice through the substrate, rather than gouging or plowing like conventional abrasives, resulting in a disc that cuts up to 2x faster than conventional abrasives. The J-weight cloth backing delivers outstanding tear resistance, durability and a consistent, uniform finish on a variety of substrates.

Specially Coated for Efficient Sanding

We have developed a special static resistant coating for our 3M Cubitron II Stikit Cloth Disc 900DZ to enhance dust control during sanding on various wood surfaces. The disc is also resin bonded, making it resistant to heat. This makes it the perfect choice for tough sanding jobs on aluminum, fiberglass, gelcoat, hardwood, metal, softwood, and solid surfaces.

Powered by 3M Precision-Shaped Grain

Our 3M Precision-Shaped Grain is a unique ceramic mineral that continuously fractures, creating fresh cutting edges on the surface of the workpiece. This ensures an exceptionally fast and sustained cut. Designed to withstand high pressure production environments, our Precision-Shaped Grain is ideal for sanding stainless steel and whitewood. By using these discs, operators can accomplish more work in less time, resulting in improved ergonomics and productivity.

Easy On, Easy Off

Cloth-backed discs are renowned for their durability and flexibility, making them an excellent choice for working with metal or for heavy wood stock removal. Our 3M Stikit discs come with a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backside, allowing for easy attachment to your 3M Stikit disc pad. It's as simple as pressing on a sticker. The adhesive is also pressure sensitive, making it effortless to peel off the disc from the disc pad, leaving a clean surface for the next disc. To keep the adhesive clean and sticky until applied, a convenient liner is included.
