3M Repulpable Flatback Tape R3127 is a thin repulpable web processing tape available in blue, white and kraft. This single-sided tape has an easy-release coating for smooth unwind.

3M Repulpable Flatback Tape R3127 is a high-quality single coated tape specifically designed for the paper manufacturing and converting industry. Its kraft paper backing is engineered to withstand the rigorous demands of splicing, tabbing, and roll closing. With its high shear strength and high-tack, clear, repulpable adhesive, this tape is capable of bonding to a wide variety of paper grades. It is available in three different colors - blue, white, and kraft.

High-Tack, Heat-Resistant Adhesive

One of the key features of 3M Repulpable Flatback Tape R3127 is its repulpable, high-tack transparent adhesive. This adhesive is specifically formulated to provide excellent bonding strength to various paper products, including heavy grades of paper. It is also heat-resistant, making it suitable for web applications at temperatures as high as 400F/200C. With this tape, you can trust that your splicing won't fail even under extreme heat conditions.

Repulpable Adhesive won't Contaminate Paper Mill Broke

Unlike non-repulpable masking tapes, 3M Repulpable Flatback Tape R3127 features a repulpable adhesive that prevents any contamination of paper mill broke. Additionally, this tape meets or exceeds various industry standards, including TAPPI UM-213, procedure A, and FDA compliance 21 CFR 176.170 and 21 CFR 176.180 for components of paper and paperboard in contact with foods.
