Product Description: 3M Formaldehyde Monitor 3721+

Understanding the specific contaminants and levels of exposure is crucial when selecting the appropriate respirator and cartridge for your work environment. Additionally, this information is essential for estimating the lifespan of the chosen 3M Cartridges.

The 3M Formaldehyde Monitor 3721+ utilizes a diffusion method, rather than a pump, to collect an air sample. This method ensures an accuracy of +/-25% at a 95% confidence level for certain aldehydes commonly found as workplace contaminants. The monitor is equipped with fiberglass coated with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH), which facilitates the easy collection of aldehydes. It is commonly utilized in various industries such as healthcare, laboratories, and the chemical, pulp/paper, foundry, and textile industries.

Once you have followed all the instructions provided, you can send the monitor to the lab of your choice for analysis.

This monitor has a shelf life of 1 year from its production date.
