Unlike flat or pebbled liners, B-Series liners used in this tape are crosshatched, creating unique microchannels in the adhesive. These microchannels allow air to flow throughout the adhesive, resulting in virtually bubble-free plate mounting. This feature makes the setup faster, providing smoother surfaces for cleaner print quality and higher productivity. Additionally, the adhesive maintains tight contact with reduced edge lifting.
