This elastic material is capable of accommodating up to +/- 50% movement, ensuring long-lasting performance. It features a high tack adhesive that adheres to most common building materials, surpassing the AAMA 711 minimum for adhesion in peel. The tape can be installed in a wide range of temperatures, from as low as 0F (18C) to as high as 120F (49C).

One of the standout features of this product is its ability to bond to damp surfaces, making it highly versatile in various construction scenarios. In addition to its fire protection capabilities, the tape also acts as an acoustic barrier, minimizing noise transfer.
