3M Laminating Adhesive 932FL features a weather- and chemical-resistant acrylic adhesive formulated for smooth and HSE surfaces. This 2 mil adhesive is applied to a clear 3 mil polyester (PET) liner that adds strength and allows for fast, efficient visual surface inspection before removal. A 58-lb. PCK secondary liner provides moisture stability even in high humidity.

Formulated for Smooth and High Surface Energy Substrates

3M Laminating Adhesive 932FL is an excellent choice for applications that require back printed graphic overlays. This adhesive features a 2 mil utility acrylic adhesive that is specifically formulated for smooth surfaces, including metals and high surface energy plastics. It is designed to provide a strong bond even under challenging conditions.

With a temperature resistance of up to 300F (149C) for short periods and up to 250F (121C) for intermittent longer periods, this adhesive can withstand high temperatures. It also maintains its bond under UV exposure and high humidity. Additionally, it is resistant to various chemicals such as gasoline, oil, mild acids, and alkalis.

The adhesive is applied to a 3 mil polyethylene (PET) film liner, which adds stability during adhesive lamination. The clear liner allows users to inspect parts, surfaces, and placement before removing the liner for precise application. Furthermore, the adhesive is backed by a 3 mil, 58-lb. poly-coated kraft paper secondary liner, which provides moisture stability during storage, even under humid conditions.

Double-linered 3M Laminating Adhesive 932FL is suitable for die-cutting and kiss-cutting. It can also be roll laminated using a rubber over steel roll set up with moderate application pressure.
