These collapsible liners are designed to hold paint and other coatings during application. The cups accept PPS Series 2.0 Lids with fast and efficient quarter-turn locking systems, ensuring a secure lock between the lid and the cup. The clear access window on the cup makes it easy to grasp the liner, simplifying lid removal during tinting and refilling. After spraying, simply remove the liner and keep the cup for clean and cost-effective spray operations.

The liners are available in five different sizes: 3oz (90mL), 6.8oz (200mL), 13.5oz (400mL), 22oz (650mL), and 28oz (850mL). They can also be purchased as part of the 3M PPS Series 2.0 Lid & Liner Kits, which include a new reusable hard cup in each kit.

Every PPS Series 2.0 lid features a quarter-turn lid locking system, which helps reduce paint build-up and potential contamination. Each lid and liner kit also includes a new hard cup with universal mixing ratios built into the cup, eliminating the need for separate inserts and ensuring the most accurate mix possible.

The 3M PPS Series 2.0 makes it even easier to mix directly in the cup. The cups have a max fill notation to indicate the maximum amount of material that can be mixed on a scale. The cups also feature a clear access window, allowing you to see how much material is left while spraying. This window also makes it easier to hold the liner for cleaner and easier lid removal, especially during refills or tinting.

The 3M PPS Series 2.0 Lids have a domed geometry that allows up to 3oz (90mL) of material to be stored below the filter during on-demand spraying. This reduces sputter and other inconsistencies in spray performance. The lids also have a wider spout for improved fluid flow. Additionally, a built-in full-diameter filter delivers the highest quality filtration without the need for assembly.

The new adapter design of the 3M PPS Series 2.0 provides a four-point connection and a wider 360 platform, ensuring a stable and reliable lid-to-spray-gun connection. The larger sealing plugs not only seal but can also be used as a base for temporary sealing and protection. This helps keep the built-in filter wet and reduces the need for replacement lids.

Every lid in the PPS Series 2.0 features a built-in full-diameter filter, available in 200 micron or 125 micron mesh. It is important to consult the paint or coatings manufacturer for the recommended filter mesh size.
