It is made from tough, resin-reinforced nylon fiber with aluminum oxide abrasive grain. The durable high strength construction provides aggressive, controlled action and a consistent, uniform finish without leaving behind parting lines. The flexible open web conforms to workpiece contours, curves, and ridges, making it suitable for a variety of applications.

When higher-pressure applications are required, the Standard Abrasives Buff and Blend HS Flap Brush is recommended. It offers a tougher product for more demanding tasks.

The non-woven construction of the Buff and Blend GP Flap Brush allows for the removal of surface contaminants without eliminating critical detail or gouging the workpiece. This makes it ideal for achieving fine finishes on various materials.
