The 3M™ Performance Spray Gun System is a premium spray gun that offers superior pattern control, atomization, and transfer efficiency. What sets it apart from other spray guns is the innovative technology inside the quick-change replaceable nozzles. Unlike traditional spray guns, paint and coatings never pass through the body of the spray gun. Instead, they only pass through the atomizing head. This means that every time you swap the nozzle, it's like getting a brand new spray gun.

The 3M™ Performance Gravity HVLP Atomizing Head Refill Kit is an excellent addition to the spray gun system. It includes five 1.8 size nozzles that are ideal for high build primer, primer surfacer, sprayable fillers, and high viscosity coatings. It's important to note that these nozzle recommendations are starting points only, and you should refer to the paint manufacturer for recommendations on fluid tip size.

The replaceable nozzles are used exclusively with the gravity-fed 3M™ PPS™ Series 2.0 Spray Cup System. This system helps to reduce material waste, mess, and contamination compared to traditional metal paint cups. Forget about tearing down spray guns and soaking them in solvent. Our complete, integrated spray system is your path to smarter cleanup.

The atomizing heads attach to the 3M™ Performance Spray Gun needle and are tightly secured to the spray gun with a specially-designed locking collar. No additional tools are required for changeouts. Simply remove the nozzle from the spray gun, and either appropriately clean the fluid tip or replace it to keep your spray gun performing like new.
