3M PPS Series 2.0 12-Pack Refill Kit is a simple, cost-effective way to keep the PPS Series 2.0 Spray Cup System stocked and ready. Kits are available in Midi (13.5 oz, 400 mL) and Standard (22 oz, 650 mL) sizes, excellent for most mid-range repairs. Kit contains 12 PPS Series 2.0 Lids with -turn locking systems and full diameter 200 micron filters, 12 disposable liners and 16 sealing plugs.

  • FOR USE WITH PAINT CUP – Lids and liners for use with midi 13-ounce hard plastic paint cup (Part #26122, not included) with printed-on universal mixing ratios and a clear access window so you can easily see the paint and remove the lid and liner
  • Kits include 12 Midi or Standard sized PPS™ Series 2.0 Lids and Liners
  • Each lid features a built-in 200 micron filter, ideal for traditional solvent-based paint materials
  • Lid also features ¼-turn lid locking system, helping eliminate cross-threading and paint build-up

The 3M PPS Series 2.0 Refill Kit is the perfect solution for anyone using a spray gun equipped to use the PPS Series 2.0. This innovative system combines measuring, mixing, filtering, and spraying paint materials all in one convenient package.

Our latest version of the PPS system includes several improvements to enhance your painting experience. The quarter-turn locking collar on each lid ensures a secure fit, while the domed lid design improves spray performance. The wider lid fluid spout and redesigned adapter provide a more stable connection between the lid and the gun.

Each lid in the kit features a built-in 200-micron filter, specifically designed for solvent-based paint materials. This filter strains the paint material, ensuring a smooth and consistent application. Additionally, each paint cup (not included) has printed-on universal mix ratios for accurate mixing and a clear access window for easy visibility.
