Run the pad on a rotary buffer/polisher and use it in combination with 3M Perfect-It EX Rubbing Compounds for a complete system that excels at sand scratch removal and correction.

These 3M™ Perfect-It™ Wool Compounding Pads are made with premium wool, which is a natural and sustainable material. The pads are designed to provide fast-cutting yet refined compounding, resulting in remarkably smooth surfaces in a short amount of time. They are particularly effective on heavily oxidized surfaces and work well with rubbing compound to remove scratches and other defects, leaving paint, fiberglass, and gelcoat surfaces ready for polishing.

The double-sided polishing pad features Quick Connect attachment, which allows for easy and secure attachment to the 3M™ Perfect-It™ Quick Connect Adaptor (05752). The locking system ensures that the pad stays securely attached to the tool, while also reducing vibration and wobbling for more effective compounding. Additionally, the built-in red fibers indicate when it's time to replace the pad, increasing compounding efficiency.
