Fire Barrier Watertight Spray is a sprayable, moisture-curing hybrid siliconized polymer that forms a tough, elastomeric coating. This material is used to firestop perimeter joints (curtain wall joints) and other construction joints that need to prevent fire and water from moving floor to floor.
- Meets UL Water Leakage Test, W-Rating— Class One requirements for systems tested and listed in accordance with ANSI/UL 1479
- Up to 3-hour fire protection in construction joints per ASTM E 1966 (UL 2079)

How does the product work?
The red-colored water tight spray protects structures from smoke migration by filling open penetrations in fire-rated constructions. When dried or cured it provides excellent adhesion to connectors, sleeves through walls and floors with its unique expanding feature that fills the entire cavity completely.

Is it easy to apply?
Yes! It's very easy to apply. This one-part latex spreads easily using conventional airless sprayers over all shapes or sizes of any opening that needs proper sealing against fire penetration than traditional caulking agents.

It helps control twill act as a barrier to water leakage and airborne sound transmission, while helping to control the transmission of fire, heat and smoke before, during and after exposure to fire. This material is used to firestop perimeter joints (curtain wall joints) and other construction joints that need to prevent fire and water from moving floor to floor.
The spray meets UL Water Leakage Test, W Rating – Class 1 requirements for systems tested and listed in accordance with ANSI/UL 1479 and is tested in accordance with ASTM G 21 standard practice for determining resistance of synthetic polymeric materials to fungi. This spray provides remarkable adhesion on most construction surfaces, including: concrete, gypsum, metal, plastic, wood and insulation. The seal is for interior construction voids such as blank openings, metallic pipes, non-metallic pipes, cables, cable trays, insulated pipes, busways, HVAC vents and ducts, combos and construction joints.
