3M PPS Series 2.0 Adapter provides four points of connection from lid-to-gun and converts typical spray guns into ones that work with the 3M PPS Series 2.0 Spray Cup System. Specifically designed adapters allow painters to use PPS with virtually any spray gun model. To use this adapter, remove the existing spray gun cup. Then simply thread the correct PPS Adapter into the spray gun.

    The Type S4, 12 mm Female, 1.0 mm Thread adapter works with a variety of different types of guns including SATA, Iwata, Sagola and DeVilbiss.

    Each case comes contains four adapters so you have spares on hand if needed.

  4. Can I reuse or clean the adapters?

    No need to worry about cleaning or reusing these disposable components as each new paint job can have its own fresh liner and lid ensuring that there's little opportunity for contamination.

3M™ PPS™ 2.0 Adapter #S4 allows you to use your DeVilbiss Finishline NTL-1261 paint gun with the PPS™ 2.0 Spray Cup System.

PPS™ 2.0 adapters are made of durable stainless steel and have an improved lid-to-gun connection for added stability. The wide bowl design allows for fast and easy cleaning. There is an adapter available for almost any spray gun, so you can use the convenient PPS™ 2.0 system without giving up your favorite gun.

PPS™ 2.0 features improvements like a quarter-turn locking collar with each lid, domed lid design for better spray performance, and wider lid fluid spout. Each paint cup has convenient printed-on universal mix ratios for accurate mixing and a clear access window for easy visibility.

With PPS™, you don’t have to mix paint in extra cups and filter it into the paint reservoir, so you waste less paint. And with a fresh lid and liner for each mix, there’s less risk of outside contamination.

By using this system, you can increase productivity in prep and cleanup time by as much as 50% and use up to 70% less cleaning solvent compared to conventional paint cup systems.
