3M Plastic Bonding Adhesive 2665 is a specially formulated adhesive designed for bonding plastic substrates such as ABS, polycarbonate, acrylic, and PVC. It is particularly useful in manufacturing processes that require lightweight components and complex geometries. This one-part urethane adhesive offers a very high tack and creates a strong final bond. It is also resistant to humidity and extreme temperatures.

Efficient Application

3M Plastic Bonding Adhesive 2665 comes in a convenient 33cc syringe that can be easily heated to the required application temperature of 230F/110C. The low-viscosity adhesive provides a working time of 1.5 to 4 minutes and can be reworked after moisture curing. It can be dispensed using a time-pressure dispenser system with Luer-Lok needle tips or a positive displacement or gear metering valve to achieve thin glue lines.
