The 3M Hand-Masker Pre-Assembled Masking Film Kit is an easy way to get started with 3M Hand-Masker Masking Systems. This tool's versatility and special features make it the contractor's choice for masking. Use for painting, drywall texturing, interior/exterior wall finishing and floor sanding. The 3M Hand-Masker M3000 Dispenser applies pre-folded masking film or plastic (up to 144"/12') or masking paper (up to 18") simultaneously with ScotchBlue Painter's Tape (3/4" to 2").

This kit includes one Tape and Film Dispenser, one 12-inch film blade, one roll of 1.41-inch masking tape, and one roll of masking film. With this handy tool, you can apply painter's tape to painter's plastic or paper in one continuous application, saving you time and effort compared to the traditional paper/poly method.

The 3M Hand Masker M3000 is perfect for various jobs such as preparing for painting, ceiling texturing, exterior wall finishing, or floor sanding. It is compact and lightweight, making it easy to handle and maneuver. The dispenser features an easy-grip handle that ensures a secure hold during use.

To achieve excellent paint results, it is important to ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust. Once the surface is ready, apply the adhesive tape and film onto it. Allow the tape to set for approximately 30 to 60 minutes before starting the painting process. After painting, wait until the paint is dry to the touch before removing the used painters tape and film. To remove the tape, slowly pull it back on itself at a 45-degree angle.
