Aluminum oxide mineral delivers a soft scratch pattern that is often desirable for finishing and polishing. It is a popular choice among industrial professionals due to its fast cut and long life. The mineral is adhered to the backing in a closed coat construction, which means that it covers 100% of the backing. This greater grain density results in finer finishes.
