It is ideal for getting into grooves, slots, threads or channels, punched or drilled holes, and contoured surfaces such as car parts. Cartridge rolls are available in either straight or tapered shapes. Straight rolls are cylindrical and effective at getting into curves on stamped or rounded parts. Tapered rolls are cone-shaped and allow better reach into punched or drilled holes.
