3M Thermally Conductive Silicone Interface Pad 5516S is the same as 3M Pad 5516 but with a polymeric permanent film on 1 side for ease of reworking an assembly. Thermal Conductivity and Impedance slightly changes, dielectric strength is improved.

Yes! The pad can be easily cut into different sizes or shapes as needed. Be sure to use proper protective wear such as gloves and eye protection while doing so.

How many sheets come in a case?
Each case contains twenty (20) sheets of the pad material, each measuring at 320 mm x 230 mm with a thickness of 2.0mm per sheet.

The thin, firm, low-tack layer provides easy handling for pre-assembly and die-cutting.
