The Flexible Diamond QRS Cloth Disc 6002J is an abrasive disc that features diamond mineral and an open dot pattern. This design encourages swarf removal, which leads to longer disc life. The disc is available in a variety of diameters and grades ranging from M250 to M6.

The X-weight cloth backing of the disc is semi-flexible, which allows it to move forgivingly over the workpiece and respond to edges and contours.

B2 is a medium-dot pattern designed for aggressive cutting action and has improved coolant flow due to the spacing of the dots. Pattern 21 is the largest dot pattern and is ideal for applications where loading is a problem. The gaps in the mineral design allow swarf and debris to escape.
