3M Flexible Foam makes for fast, easy and effective replacement of OEM flexible foams in automotive applications. A convenient 200 mL cartridge contains two-part urethane material that expands to 10 times its liquid volume, creating a closed-cell foam that wont shrink and closely mimics OEM foam properties for insulation, sound-deadening and temperature resistance.

    Each cartridge of 3M™ Flexible Foam contains approximately 200 mL of product. There are six cartridges per case.

  3. Is the application process for this product difficult?

    Not at all! Simply attach the included applicator nozzle and dispense the foam into areas where it's needed. The foam will expand to fill any gaps or voids.

3M™ Flexible Foam is a two-part urethane foam-in-place material that simplifies and reduces the cost of replacing OEM foams during auto maintenance and repair. The material comes in a compact and convenient 200 mL cartridge and works with 3M™ Automix™ applicators, including the 3M™ Premium Manual Applicator 08117. The foam mixes directly from the mixing nozzle and applies as a mixed liquid directly into common collision repair applications.
