  1. What is the application process of 3M™ Scotchkote™ Liquid Epoxy Coating 328, Part B. Spray Grade?

    For best results, use plural component spray equipment capable of heating and pumping material in a 1:1 volumetric ratio.

  2. Can I apply this coating on surfaces that are not previously blasted or power tool cleaned?

    No, all surfaces need to be properly prepared as per SSPC SP6/NACE No.3 Commercial Blast Cleaning or better standard recommended surface preparation.

  3. How much square feet can I cover with one drum of the product?

    One drum (190 liters) covers approximately 4 coats of up to 260-290 sq. ft @20 mils DFT for each coat. The actual coverage rate will depend on surface profile and other factors such as equipment type/brand/use etc.
