3M™ Scotchcast™ Electrical Resin 5N is a high-quality resin that is perfect for applications requiring excellent thermal shock and mechanical shock resistance. This rigid resin has a low gel point rating, ensuring that it cures at room temperature. Additionally, it is resistant to reversion, meaning that its performance will not decrease after curing.

The resin has a high dielectric strength, making it an excellent electrical insulator. It also has a high flash point, which helps prevent any fire hazards in electrical components due to quick ignition. Furthermore, the resin exhibits hydrolytic stability, which minimizes quick chemical decomposition, providing long-lasting usage.

This product is MIL I 16923E and MIL I 16923G certified, as well as RoHS 2011/65/EU compliant.
