The Dynatron Valve Adaptor is designed for durable, secure attachment of ball valves to factory-sealed 5-gallon containers of body filler. This metal screw is threaded for easy attachment to the pail and to accept the Dynatron Ball Valve PN 113. When properly attached, the adaptor helps prevent leakage and facilitates the smooth operation and flow of filler through the valve.

  4. Can I reuse a valve adaptor after finishing a cartridge application or should I dispose it off immediately after use?

    . We recommend that you put them away for subsequent uses rather than disposing them off -- they are reusable over an extended period since they will function with any of our eligible cartridges.

  5. . How does using the adapter differ from applying directly from my current tube dispenser?

    . With this adapter, you won't have the discomfort that comes with squeezing out too much filler onto your repair area; neither will it introduce messy mistakes thereby leading to wastage and loss in time due to double clean-up afterwards unlike when applied directly.

A Vital Part for Dispensing Filler from 5-Gallon Pails

The Dynatron™ Valve Adaptor is an essential component for operators who use mechanical or air pails to dispense auto body filler. This sturdy metal screw is designed with a threaded attachment specifically for 5-gallon filler pails. When properly attached, the adaptor fits snugly into the hole at the bottom of the pail. The other side of the adaptor is threaded for a Dynatron™ Ball Valve, PN 113. When used together, these two parts allow filler to pass through from the bottom of the pail when the ball valve is open, and prevent the filler from leaking when the valve is closed.

This adaptor can be purchased separately for use as part of a mechanical pail setup, or as part of the Dynatron™ Dispenser Kit PN 106 for air pail applications.
