PRODUCT FAQ

  1. What types of surfaces can the 3M™ High Temperature Aluminum Foil Tape 433L be applied to?

The tape is engineered to bond precisely on a variety of textured and irregular surfaces, including many metals.

  2. Is this tape resistant to high temperatures or extreme cold?

Absolutely! It has a high-temperature-resistant adhesive system that is perfect for critical maintenance applications, operating up to 600°F (316°C) in short term.

  3. Does one roll have enough length per case for bigger jobs?

Yes. Each case has only one roll but it provides ample amount at 22 inches x 60 yards which is larger than an average size roll.

  4. Can I use this type of foil tape as faraday cage material?

While this isn't its intended usage, it works well with conductor materials and can cope with electrical interference due to its metallic finish. However for optimum results please refer our website¡¯s selection guide tool which specializes in application-based recommendations.
