Scotch-Brite™ Super Polish Roll is a unique abrasive that is perfect for polishing and finishing. It is made with talc, one of the softest synthetic minerals, and has a spongy, responsive open web. This combination allows for buffing and shining of your workpiece without gouging or scratching. 3M focuses on the science of combining the right abrasive elements, so you can focus on polishing and finishing.

Combining Nylon Fibers with Talc Mineral

The talc mineral is interspersed on non-woven nylon fibers, creating a soft-cutting abrasive. As the fibers break down during sanding, fresh mineral is exposed, keeping the abrasive cutting consistently throughout its service life. Gaps between nylon fibers permit debris to escape, minimizing clogging. This helps prolong abrasive service life and reduce smearing, which is especially desirable during applications like finishing and lacquer sanding. The thick open web holds polishes and compounds, helping with even distribution as the surface is worked.

Scotch-Brite™ Super Polish Roll is available in roll form, offering enhanced versatility. It can be custom cut to suit your project or application.
