    These specifically designed nozzle tips were made just for use with our own two-component adhesive sealants applicators while providing precise delivery of material mix at ratios rates from each unit. Alternatively, we offer different series of mixing nozzles depending on your preferred system you already have out there in your business site.

  4. Can I reuse these nozzle tips or are they disposable?

    These nozzle consumables do not usually support multiple usages but products may vary based on its application guidelines mentioned by authorized personnel recommendations hence it's always better to consider replacing them after every usage.

  5. ; How should I store my unopened new package of syringe barrels and co-tips until ready for use?

    ; While storing unused or kept-in-storage condition (24 months from date of manufacture) extra cartridges requires cool dry environment below temperatures up-to around (72°F -78°F), Also avoid any moisture impact directly falling into packed container boxes which can damage internal chemical compositions until it’s used within the due course period ideally best option is to maintain storage temperature between (+60°F -75°F) range before using anytime as needed later.

The 3M™ Two Component Adhesive Sealant Applicator 400A-2K is a two-component, accelerated system that cures from the inside out to reach handling strength faster. Unlike traditional polyurethanes, this system does not rely on time and moisture for curing. Neither ambient moisture nor temperature is a factor, and no exothermic reaction takes place.
