    The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc Pad TR 28474 is designed to be used with our line of Scotch-Brite(TM) and Trizact(TM) discs on a rotary tool to provide fast and convenient abrasive attachment.

  2. How does it attach to the rotary tool?

    This disc pad has a threaded internal design so it can be screwed directly onto most rotary tools that accept a matching size and thread pitch.

  3. Can this pad be reused several times or do I need to buy new ones often?

    Our Roll-On/Off system makes changing out pads quick so they can be economically replaced as they wear over time.

  4. Is there anything special I should do when storing my Disc pads?

    Store your unused disc pads flat until you're ready to use them. Avoid placing additional weight on top of them which could damage their shape or texture.

  5. ; Are there any safety precautions I should take while using these products?

Product Description: 3M™ Roloc™ Disc Pad

The level of hardness required for a task depends on its aggressiveness. For more aggressive applications, a higher density is recommended, while a lower, more flexible density is suitable for less aggressive applications. The user's work style also plays a role in determining the appropriate density. These disc pads are compatible with any drill, disc sander, right angle grinder, or rotary sander. The maximum RPM is determined by the size and firmness of the disc and disc pad.

The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc Pad is designed to be used with the following Roloc attachment systems: TR, TP, and TS. It is important to select discs with the attachment design made for the correct system.
