Give your splices excellent primary electrical insulation through 69 kV with Scotch Tape 130C. It is premium-grade, linerless rubber splicing tape that tolerates temperatures up to 194 degrees F (90 degrees C) with an emergency overload up to 266 degrees F (130 degrees C). Without a liner, this 30-mil tape is easy to install and creates a tight moisture seal on cable and wire splices and terminations.

  • RUBBER-BASED ADHESIVE and the self-fusing, ethylene propylene, rubber backing provides UV resistance.
  • EXCELLENT PHYSICAL AND ELECTRICAL PROPERTIES promote moisture seal and void-free buildups.
  • DESIGNED FOR USE IN SPLICING and terminating wires and cables. Rated up to 90 degrees C (194 degrees F) continuous operating temperatures and short-term 130 degrees C (266 degrees F) overload service.
  • PROVIDES EXCELLENT THERMAL DISSIPATION of splice heat.
  • LINERLESS, SELF-BONDING, PRIMARY insulating tape rated through 69 kV (volts). This product can be used for low and high-voltage (through 69 kV) applications.
  • Meet ASTM D4388, D4325, and C518. RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
