What is 3M Adhesive Remover Citrus Base?

3M™ Adhesive Remover Citrus Base is a strong, citrus-based formula that quickly removes tough adhesives, tapes and stickers.
How does it work?

It uses natural citrus oils to break down the adhesive bonds formed between two surfaces.
Is it safe to use on all surfaces?

While the formula is generally safe for most surfaces, we recommend testing on an inconspicuous area first before applying broadly since some plastics, rubber and painted finishes may be sensitive. Avoid using this product on California due to state regulations prohibiting certain ingredients in cleaners there.
Can I use this product for anything other than removing adhesive residue?

Yes! Our powerful formula can also remove chewing gum, tar, grease and oil stains from carpets or fabrics as well as boogers off walls (as odd as that sounds).
Are there any special instructions when using this product?

Yes! It's important that you shake the can thoroughly before spraying from a distance of about 6-8" away then allow time for the liquid remover to soak into adhesive because contact time affects performance too. Don't forget gloves or eye protection if needed depending upon what you are working with.
