    Certainly! The "internal" designation means that this product has threads on its inner surface rather than outer surface. So in order to attach it you will need an appropriately sized threaded bolt or spindle running through your power tool's output shaft.

3M™ Disc Pad Holders

3M™ Disc Pad Holders are designed with a center hole that has internal threads. You can choose the thread size that matches the external thread size of your right angle grinder. The T-shaped hooks of the holders securely hold a surface conditioning disc and provide quick and easy disc attachment, removal, and re-attachment. The hook-and-loop feature enables the disc to be used and re-used for the extent of the abrasive life. Please note that discs are sold separately.
