3M PPS Lids come in cases containing 25 lids, each with a welded-in filter to strain coating material while spraying, for use with the 3M PPS paint preparation system. Two Lid sizes are available for a range of jobs large (fit with standard and large cups and liners) and small (fit with Midi cups and liners).

3M™ PPS™ Standard/Large Disposable Lids are the perfect solution for measuring, mixing, filtering, and spraying paint materials. These lids are designed to be used with the original PPS™ spray gun system.

Each lid comes with a built-in 125-micron filter, which is commonly used for waterborne paint materials. This feature strains the paint material, making it easier to use. Unlike conventional aluminum or other metal paint cup systems, with PPS™, you don’t have to mix paint in extra cups and filter it into a paint reservoir. This means that you waste less paint.

Using PPS™ is simple. Just place a liner in the reusable paint cup, mix the paint, snap on the lid, attach the locking collar, and you’re ready to spray. With a fresh lid and liner for each mix, there’s less risk of outside contamination.

Using PPS™ can increase productivity in prep and cleanup time by as much as 50% and use up to 70% less cleaning solvent over conventional paint cup systems. Specially designed PPS™ stainless steel metal adapters let you use the PPS™ system with virtually any spray gun.
