The 3M™ PSA Cloth Disc 348D is a premium aluminum oxide abrasive grain-based cloth disc that uses pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) attachment to stick it on your power tools.
What are the features of this product?

The PSB Cloth Disc 3480 has a heavy, Y-weight durable cloth backing and an open coat design. It can be used for grinding, blending, finishing, stock removal and deburring metals or fibreglass with excellent cut rates and life span.
How long does each disc last?

As every application may vary in its requirements but under normal conditions you'll usually get around two to three finishings before needing replacement discs.
In what sizes are they available?

The discs measure approximately 20" x NH size and come in packs of ten easily packed into cases so that you have enough on hand whenever necessary.

The 348D features an aluminum oxide abrasive, which is a popular choice among industrial professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. This mineral makes a tough, durable abrasive that self-fractures to expose fresh cutting edges in use, whereas traditional abrasives such as garnet quickly wear down with use. Due to their fast cut-rate, hardness, strength, and low heat retention, they are widely used in grinding applications in addition to sanding and finishing applications.
